Chapter 325

A new sense of purpose filled Hannah's chest.Dropping her voice, she gave fast, clear instructions."Here's the plan. Each day, they allow a visitation period, right? All we have to do is let a few 'rumors'slip out-just some carefully planted gossip."

Pausing, she explained, "For example, 'I heard Doyle's got his own crew waiting outside the factory, maybe getting ready for something big...' Or try this,I overheard Carville plotting a new deal without Doyle, planning to leave him out completely... I just happened to catch it.

She met their eyes one by one. "You need to make it sound casual. Like you're just complaining or chatting. Never sound like you're reporting anything important. Just let it drop and move on. Your goal is to plant seeds of doubt, nothing more. If someone asks questions, just cry, say you can't remember,or go silent. Act clueless. Protect yourselves above everything."

She went over everything again in detail, making sure everyone understood. A few of the women started nodding along.

"Cutting Doyle out of the deal..." Delia whispered the phrase to herself, slowly repeating it as if testing its weight, a flicker of clarity beginning to spark in her eyes.

"I can do it," Nina said, her voice trembling but sure.Tears streaked her cheeks, yet her fists stayed clenched.

Delia took a breath and then nodded hard. "Let's go for it. There's nothing left to lose."

Elsa gave a sharp snort but stayed silent, offering no argument.

The other women didn't speak, but something had changed-there was no resistance left in their eyes.

Hannah saw the shift as determination began to light up their faces, and the tightness inside her finally eased.

The minutes slipped away. The time for visitation drew closer.

Hannah was sure Vincent would come for her. She needed him to set the plan in motion.

Then it came.

A heavy iron door crashed open, sending in a wave of air thick with sweat and rot. A pack of men stomped inside, radiating crude hunger, their laughter loud and ugly.

Instantly, the quiet prison turned into a nightmare.

"Get over here, you slut!"

"It's my night with her!"

"Scream again and I'll break your neck!"

Yells and howls filled the air. The crack of fists on flesh, desperate cries, curses, and jeers-the womenwere dragged, hit, mocked, and assaulted. Chaos tore through the room.

Hannah pressed herself to the cell door, her fingers gripping the bars so tightly that her knuckles turned white. Rage boiled inside her, almost too much to contain. All she wanted was to tear every one of these monsters limb from limb.

Just then, Vincent appeared at her cell. He reached out and gently covered her eyes with his hand, warm and steady. "Don't watch."

Hannah tensed up. That voice-those words-they threw her back to the day Darren had tried to rape her. Vincent had been the one to find her then, whispering the very same thing, "Don't look. It's disgusting."

Something deep inside her shifted, loosening just a bit.

Vincent's broad shoulders blocked her completely from the violence and filth behind him. He saw the blood smeared across her cheek. A dark, dangerous fury flashed in his eyes, silent but deadly. He held the rage inside and forced it down. Raising his arm, he used the clean part of his sleeve to softly wipe the blood from her cheek.

"Has anyone come looking?" he murmured, his voice barely above a whisper, meant for her alone.

She turned her head just slightly, meeting his eyes with unshaken calm. "Someone did. I stabbed him. He's hidden."

Vincent's hand paused for a split second and then continued, still gentle and careful. "Good. Keep yourself out of harm's way."

The screams inside the underground cell block, mixed with lewd laughter and cries, rang out like a chorus of hell.

Hannah couldn't tune out the voices, so she forced herself to keep his attention on Vincent. Drawing a breath, she said quietly, "I need to tell you something." "I found the product that caused Alice's allergic reaction," Vincent, at the same time, said.

The words landed at the same time, and both of them stopped, caught off guard.

A flicker of surprise ran through Vincent's eyes before he continued, "'I found stacks of finished and half-finished products. The ingredients are a perfect match for the banned substance in Alice's report.Everything lines up-the whole chain of evidence."

A surge of hope colored Hannah's words. "We can go straight to the police! But before anything else,we have to get these women out. Every last one of them."

Her voice dropped even lower. "There are two main factions here-Doyle's group and Carville's. They barely trust each other. I've already started working with the women-"

"Turn them against each other," Vincent interjected, his eyes cold with determination as he caught on to her plan immediately.

She nodded once. "That's right. We just need to plant the seeds of doubt and let suspicion do the rest."

A cold smile touched Vincent's mouth. "Then let me set things off," he said, his gaze sharp as steel. "We'll sabotage tonight's shipment-make Carville's men think Doyle's crew did it. The moment the fuse is lit, this place will blow itself apart."
